Using Freedom Paths

You may use this site and its services when you are at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Please provide accurate purchase and scheduling information and use the experience lawfully.

Digital guides

A purchase grants one person a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the selected guide for personal development. Freedom Paths retains the copyright and all other intellectual property rights. Sharing, reselling, publishing, or distributing the files requires written permission.

Each purchase includes a visual PDF and a structured HTML reading edition. Email support is available when another accessible format is needed.

Delivery and refunds

Digital access begins after successful checkout. If a file fails to open or the wrong item arrives, contact Freedom Paths for prompt help. By completing checkout, you request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that immediate access may affect a statutory cancellation right where applicable. Refund requests submitted within 14 days are reviewed fairly based on access, delivery, and the circumstances. Consumer cancellation, conformity, accessibility, and refund rights provided by applicable law remain available.

Product descriptions and examples

Product pages describe the format, topic, price, and delivery method available at the time of purchase. Stories and named scenarios inside the guides illustrate possible experiences and may use composite details. Financial, health, career, relationship, and personal outcomes vary according to each person and situation.

Freedom conversations

Coaching conversations support reflection, choices, habits, and personal growth. Any paid schedule, package, cancellation terms, and scope of work will be confirmed before payment. You remain responsible for your choices, actions, wellbeing, and decisions.

Professional care

Freedom Paths provides educational content and personal development coaching. Medical, mental health, legal, tax, and investment questions belong with a qualified professional who understands your situation. For an urgent safety or health concern, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource immediately.

Payments and partner services

Stripe processes digital product payments and Calendly supports scheduling. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use their services. The total price and digital delivery are presented before the order is completed. Prices, product descriptions, and availability may evolve, while completed purchases remain governed by the terms presented at checkout.

Accessibility and customer support

Freedom Paths provides accessible HTML reading editions and reasonable support for purchasing, booking, and using the services. Send a format request, access issue, delivery issue, or other customer support question to freedompaths.life@gmail.com.

Responsible use

Activities that interfere with site security, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive traffic, introduce malicious code, or infringe another person’s rights may result in access being limited and may be reported when appropriate.

Freedom Paths uses reasonable care in preparing content and maintaining the site. Results from reflection and coaching vary by person. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct losses reasonably connected to the service and the amount paid for the affected product or service.
