Information that supports the experience

Freedom Diagnostic

Your diagnostic selections are processed in your browser to create your result. The selections remain in active browser memory during your visit.

Appearance preference

Your device stores the light or dark mode you select so the website can respect that choice on future visits.

Technical delivery and security

The hosting service may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time, and security events to deliver and protect the website.

Aggregate website measurement

Freedom Paths uses Umami to understand aggregate page visits, referral sources, campaign parameters, device categories, country-level location, and named actions such as product-page visits, diagnostic completion, checkout clicks, signups, and booking clicks. Analytics events exclude diagnostic answers, message contents, names, email addresses, payment details, and coaching information. The tracker uses no cookies or persistent browser identifiers and respects supported Do Not Track settings.

Source of information

Information comes from you when you purchase, book, email, or participate in coaching; from Stripe and Calendly when they confirm a transaction or booking; and from hosting systems when they deliver and protect the site. Required checkout and booking fields are identified by those providers.

Purchases and coaching bookings

Stripe provides secure checkout for digital products. Calendly provides coaching scheduling. Freedom Paths may receive your name, email address, purchase status, booking details, and messages you choose to share. Stripe processes full payment card details within its own checkout environment.

Messages and coaching records

When you contact Freedom Paths or schedule a conversation, the information you provide supports replies, scheduling, service delivery, and any follow-up you request.

Purposes and legal bases

Cookies and local storage

The website currently uses essential local storage for your selected color mode. Current browser storage is limited to the appearance preference listed below. Aggregate analytics are collected through Umami without analytics cookies or persistent browser identifiers. Freedom Paths uses no advertising or cross-site behavioral tracking cookies.

Service providers and transfers

Netlify and OpenAI Sites support website and digital file delivery. Stripe supports payment, Calendly supports scheduling, Umami supports privacy-focused aggregate website measurement, and Google Workspace supports email communication. These providers receive only the categories appropriate to their roles and process data under contractual and privacy terms. Where information moves outside the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, or Switzerland, the provider may rely on an adequacy decision, approved contractual clauses, or another recognized transfer safeguard.

Retention

Diagnostic selections remain in active browser memory for the visit. Your appearance choice remains on your device until you update it or clear browser storage. Messages and booking information are generally kept for up to 24 months after the last interaction. Transaction records are kept for the period required by accounting, tax, dispute, and legal obligations. Aggregate analytics and security logs follow the selected provider account settings and are reviewed for deletion when they no longer support site improvement, security, or legal needs.

Security

Freedom Paths uses encrypted HTTPS delivery, hosted payment processing, limited administrative access, security headers, dependency review, and provider safeguards appropriate to the information involved. Security events are assessed and reported to affected people and authorities when applicable law requires it.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, your rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Requests may require proportionate identity verification. GDPR requests receive a response within one month, subject to lawful extensions. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority where you live or work. Send a request to freedompaths.life@gmail.com.

United States privacy choices

Freedom Paths keeps personal information outside data-sale and cross-context behavioral advertising programs. Residents of states with applicable consumer privacy laws may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of covered information and may appeal a rights-request decision by replying to the response.

Automated decisions and younger visitors

The diagnostic offers a reflective starting point based on the choices you make. Its effect is limited to a reflective result, while selections remain in active browser memory and expire with the visit. Freedom Paths services are intended for adults age 18 and older.

Policy updates

This page will show the current effective date whenever the policy evolves with the Freedom Paths experience or applicable requirements.
